ITV has been fined almost £2,000 for allowing Gino D’Acampo and Stuart Manning to kill a rat and eat it on I’m A Celebrity.

Telly chef Gino, 33, and soap actor Stuart, 30, were charged with animal cruelty but the Aussie court decided to punish ITV with a fine.

RSPCA chief inspector David Oshannessy said: “It’s a reasonable result.”
